Service Description

These course materials are Assists with meeting Care Certificate theory requirements aligned to the Core Skills Training Framework (CSTF) Course Outcomes What the course authorises the trainer to train their learners in at Level 1: • Understanding what is meant by the term ‘vulnerable adult’ • Knowing the forms abuse may take • Recognising signs and symptoms • Knowing what to do and what not to do • The legislation and guidance concerning safeguarding adults at risk • Additionally, the course enables the learners at Level 2 to: • Implementing safeguarding adults at risk procedures in the workplace
